The gala this weekend was a blast.

The best non-celebs I met out there I must say were these two guys from Newsaskew. They were friendly and informative as much as they could be. We were the ones who had them up for the night-cap on Fri night. Anyhow, Sat morning I sort of felt a little depressed to find out O'halloran was to be the only guide. My friend and I had the same feeling that he would be cool to meet, but Jay would be much more fun. Needless to say, Brian was GREAT!!! He made the tour. Friendly and funny (even though Bryan Johnson had some really great wise-cracks), he added to our trivial knowledge, and enlightened our view of the tri-town area.

The inside of the stash was great. I must say I enjoyed meeting Mewes. I was in group 2 and he was still sober. Kevin, Bryan, Jimmy, and Joe were all great people I had met before. They treated us like people and not just annoying fans. Walt seemed nice but quiet. The memorabelia was interesting, including a picture of Jay completely trashed. The previews were great. Vulgar was hysterical, Clerks was motivating, but most of all Dogma left me wanting to go to any extreme to see the film now. The effects look great also. I enjoyed the casting tryouts. Jay is definately the right man for the job though. Any way thanks for a great time.
