Important Event Information
Line-up whenever you want, from Sunday night after the Dome closes to early the morning of the event.

Doors are gonna open between 8:30 and 9am. You have to be wearing your t-shirt to get through the door. Once inside the theater, you can feel free to change out of your t-shirt.

Jason Mewes and Kevin will be greeting every attendee at the front door and snapping a bracelet on ya'll. You're required to wear this bracelet all day, so we can keep track of who belongs with out group and who doesn't. If you're not wearing your bracelet, you run the risk of getting booted out.

The greeting/bracelet-ing is gonna take awhile (we've got 850 people to get through the front doors), so please - no autograph or photo requests during the entry process. Catch us later in the day for that.

No outside food or drink.

ABSOLUTELY NO VIDEO CAMERAS. If you've got a video camera that takes stills, sorry - that's not getting in either. Only still cameras are allowed. Anyone caught video-taping inside the Cinerama Dome at any time during Vulgarthon will get booted out.

We've got a long day ahead of us and a very tight schedule, so we'd appreciate your help in moving things along throughout the day. The last Q&A should end some time around 1 am Tuesday morning, and we're gonna have to clear out of there as quickly as possible.

You're welcome to bring stuff to get signed (DVD's, books, etc.), but there are no guarantees that you'll secure any autographs. With the schedule being what it is, we'll be flowing from the end of a Q&A right into the start of the next flick; so if you're chasing down guests for post Q&A signatures, just know that you run the risk of missing the start of the next flick.

During the video-taped Q&A's ("Chasing Amy" and "Now You Know"), we ask that you refrain from asking panelists for autographs or asking non-flick-specific queries (i.e. - "Amy" and "NYK" queries only during those Q&A's).

Seating
We ask everyone to pick a seat they'll be happy with all day long. Please don't sour other fans by moving to a different seat later in the day. Pick a spot you'll be happy camping in, and stick to it. Also, keep in mind we sold the place out, so there won't be empty seats around you. Pack it in there, or risk being forced to do the "Stand up and shift" trick down the line to fill in empties.

Schedule
No finalized schedule is up yet, so we have no idea what the Q&A order will be or the film order. With the Noy You Know and Chasing Amy Q&A's taping though, we're guessing those flicks will happen smack in the middle of the event, once everyone and everything has been settled. That's just a guess, though.

Transportation
These are options on how to get from LAX to your hotel. BChrist is still offering rides!

Taxis and shuttles are available right outside the baggage claim doors at LAX. No prior appt is necessary unless there is a deal thru your hotel.

Taxis - Just hop in and tell them where you want to go!
Here are the fares:
1. $2.00 flag drop (1/10 mile or 32 seconds or fraction thereof).
2. $0.20 ea additional 1/10 mile or part.
3. $0.20 ea 32 seconds of waiting or traffic delay time.
4. $38.00 flat fare per trip (group) either direction, between LAX and Downtown.
(Area bounded by Alameda St., Santa Monica Fwy., Harbor Fwy., Cesar E. Chavez, Union Station and Chinatown.)
5. $2.50 surcharge for all trips originating at LAX.

For the remainder of your stay:
Beverly Hills Cab Company (310) 273-6611
Independent Taxi (323) 666-0050
Yellow Cab (213 or 310) 808-1000

Shuttles – Look for the van that says “Hollywood” on it.
For your return to LAX:
SuperShuttle (800) BLUE VAN
PrimeTime (800) RED VANS
Or you can make arrangements for pick-up thru the concierge at your hotel.

Public Transportation
MTA has buses and light rail service. For $3 you can get from LAX to Hollywood in an hour or two. If you’re not a saavy bus/train rider (in your own neck of the woods, I mean!), this probably isn’t the option for you. I also wouldn’t recommend this for anyone traveling late at night.

Look for the LAX Shuttle & Airline Connections sign on the Lower/Arrival Level islands (outside the baggage claim doors) and board the "G" Shuttle. You will be dropped off at the Metro Rail Green Line Aviation Station. Buy your day pass for $3 and ride the elevator up to the boarding platform.

Take the Green Line east towards Norwalk. You will ride for about 6 stations to the Rosa Parks/Blue Line station stop. The elevator is at the east end of the platform. Ride down to level 2 and then take the other elevator or stairs to the ground floor. You will be boarding the train marked Downtown/7th St. Metro.

Take the Blue Line north til the route ends at the 7th St. Metro station. Follow the signs for the Red Line. You will be boarding the trains marked North Hollywood and riding for 7 or 8 stops, depending on where you get off. There are maps on the trains.

If you are staying at the Renaissance Hotel, Hollywood Hostel, or Motel 6, you will get off at the Hollywood/Highland stop. If you are staying at the Best Western Hollywood Hills, you will get off a stop earlier, at Hollywood/Vine. From these stops, you can walk a short distance to your hotel. The Renaissance is right around the corner from the Red Line station and the Hostel is across the street (Hollywood Blvd). Motel 6 is a couple of blocks to the east at Whitley. For the Best Western, you can walk north up Argyle (yes, up…there’s a small hill), make a right on Franklin and walk another block and a half. You’ll be able to see the hotel from Argyle and Franklin. Or, you can take the Hollywood DASH (NOT Hollywood/Wilshire) for 25 cents.
