• Yet again, we are pleading with you all to check your systems for viruses. There’s a new virus making the rounds that annoys the hell out of people by e-mailing them at random. It often attaches a random file from your computer as well. One version is called “Klez”, there are other variations.

The problem is that the virus ghosts itself and makes it look like it came from a member in your address book, and not YOU. So, in other words, someone out there who has one or both of us listed in their address book has this virus. We keep getting complaints from people asking us to stop mailing them virii. We assure you, our PCs are fully up to date with the latest protections and free of all such of you who have our ’em. So if you get a virus that LOOKS like it came from brad@newsaskew.com or chris@newsaskew.com, it didn’t.
