“Clerks II: Electric Boogaloo” Contest!

May 5th @ 11:16 pm | No Comments » | Scooped by Kevin Smith

  • Kevin has just announced a fun new contest over on his MySpace blog! You can win an autographed pair of his classic checkered Vans sneakers. All you have to do is come up with a subtitle for the upcoming Clerks II. Take it away Kevin…
Because there were so many people bi-otching about their ineligibility for THIS contest, I’ve had to add another contest, so all previously joined “Friends” can get in on the smelly sneaks action as well.

The prize, you’ll remember, is a signed, well-worn, aromatically-seasoned pair of my old Vans…

The contest: come up with a subtitle for “Clerks II”.

The jist: We’re talking subtitles along the lines of “South Park: Bigger, Longer, Uncut”, or “Breakin’ 2: Electric Boogaloo” (neither of which will be eligible). Considering the fast food setting, I’m talking about something like “Clerks II: Hold the Pickle” (also not eligible). The best double-entendre or most creative subtitle wins the stinky sneakers, signed and personalized.

Simply submit your entry in this thread. Each contestant can enter only once. Contest runs 24 hours, starting… NOW!
