- As we stated below, the Lee casting is NOT yet official for Fletch (Though it seems to be everyone’s choice, including director Kev’s, so that’s the talk) and Affleck is included in the VA5 cast list, of course — It’s just tough when you hear items second or third hand, that’s all:
Hate to burst any bubble…but NO ONE was confirmed for ‘Fletch Won’ at WizardCon. Lee’s a strong candidate, as is Affleck. But the film’s more than a year off, and we haven’t even started talking about the official casting yet. Like most of you, we have our favorites; but it’ll be awhile before we get beyond theoretical casting.
Also – the ‘Ivy’ the scooper mentioned was, indeed, Affleck (which I said quite plainly, I thought).
