- News Askew would like to be the first to congratulate Ben Affleck & Matt Damon on their mind-boggling 9 Oscar nominations for “Good Will Hunting”. Good luck, guys! This is the big one. The announcements, which took place at 8:30 AM EST this morning, notsurprisingly, gave top honors to “Titanic”, with 14 nominations, including best picture and director.
