Spidey 2 ROCKS!

  • Well, since we assume that most of you reading this site are dying to see the Spidey sequel next week, we wanted to inform
you that it indeed does live up to the hype and surpass the original in every way. BIG thanks to our pal Kevin Perkins for setting us up
with an advanced screening at one of the nation’s coolest and busiest theaters last night, the Muvico Egyptian,
we’re among the lucky few who got to see this flick early. Not only are the FX seamless and the action scenes top-notch, but Spidey 2 also
takes time to further develop the characters and themes introduced in the first film. When Spidey and Doc Ock go toe to toe it’s such an
amazing, fast-paced fury of action, yet along with that the film packs tons of fun cameos and even a few surprises that you wouldn’t expect
to see, at least not in part two. Raimi’s worked in tons of those little touches that date all the way back to his “Evil Dead” days, and
created one of the best comic book movies that you’ll ever see. This one’s an instant classic, and sure to break records when it opens up
next week. Don’t miss it on the big screen.
