- How’s this for cool news? Bryan Johnson and Walt Flanagan have signed a deal with IDW Publishing to create their on 4-issue comic book miniseries, entitled KARNEY. It will follow a group of twisted sideshow performers traveling from town to town. The title will debut in April 2005.
- According to the Associated Press, Green Arrow issue #43 will reveal that Green Arrow’s sidekick Mia is struggling with a personal battle against HIV. As you may remember, Mia is a character that was created by Kevin during his run on Green Arrow a few years back. You can read more about it right HERE.
- Finally today, here’s an excerpt from a recent interview given by Edgar Wright, the director of the great SHAUN OF THE DEAD and SPACED, discussing among other things, his opinion on other directors:

Definitely a big inspiration again as a young film-maker. Remember vividly seeing ‘Clerks’ after making my own way-too-ambitious first effort and thinking ‘why didn’t I think of that’. Curious to see his next move, hear he’s going to do ‘Clerks: Ten Years Later’.
