  • Tonight, Jason Lee will be on The Screen Savers on Tech TV. Airtimes are 7PM-10PM-1:30AM Eastern. It looks to be a taped interview from a publicity stop. The complete interview is already online HERE as well.
  • Plenty of sites have been publishing details of the Region 2 DVD release of J&SBSB and incorrectly saying that it’s in 1.85:1 aspect ratio, prompting many Brits to get very annoyed with the release — It is however, present and correct in its original 2.35:1. Aside from the DVD-Rom content, the release is identical to the R1 release. UK Askew has 3 copies of the R2 disc to give away right now, as well.
  • Scripts for all of the View Askew films have been spotted in online form at JoBlo. Get ‘em while ya can.
  • According to DVD FIle, Dogma’s retail DVD price will drop to $19.95 on December 3rd. No word on if that’s the movie-only version or the SE.
  • The official site for the Orgazmo DVD (for which Kevin phoned in a special audio commentary bit) is now online.
  • Attack of the Clones in IMAX? Oh yeah, we’re THERE for that! But this article on that very topic also seems to indicate that the Daredevil movie may ALSO be a likely candidate for the HUGE screen treatment.
  • And finally today, it looks like the Catholic League is now into going after entire STUDIOS instead of just one movie:
Catholic Group Demands That Disney Dump Miramax

The Catholic League, the country’s largest group of lay Catholics, has called on the Disney board to dump Miramax because of the decision by its co-chairmen, Robert and Harvey Weinstein, to pick up the Venice Film Festival winner, The Magdalene Sisters, which has been denounced by the Vatican. In a statement on Wednesday League President William Donohue commented. “The Catholic League will embark on a relentless protest of Miramax’s latest attack on Catholicism. The most honorable and sensible thing that [Disney] investors can do … is to convince [Disney Chairman Michael] Eisner to finally show the Weinstein boys the gate.”
