- On Friday night, the CAB Film Festival from the Rochester Institute of Technology in Rochester, NY took place. Brian O’Halloran and Jason Mewes were on hand for the event. They showed Clerks and Dogma, had 2 Q&A sessions with the guys and they stuck around to give autographs to everyone in attendance. Here’s a brief summary that we received on some of the information that might be of interest to you:
Neither have done their voices for the cartoon movie yet; nor did they seem to have been in touch about it. They just know it’s going to happen.
Mewes said off hand that he would be in Jersey Girl.
Brian described a scene from Clerks I had never heard of… where Vinnie played some uberclerk in Big Choice Video. The film got exposed because of a cracked film magazine, and Brian took a big scrap of the bad film home. And he still has the Clerks shoe polish can.
Mewes had to take a $200 cab ride from Syracuse to Rochester because his plane got rerouted due to weather.
Either Brian doesn’t know Affleck is out of Jersey Girl, or he knows more than we do. Also mentioned Lee and Adams being in it.
