Make no mistake, all involved in the creation of this book deserve a huge pat on the back. The book ties in with the entire Askewniverse incredibly, cleverly intermingling the plot with instances and characters from past flicks (and comics!). Gags will please die-hard and casual View Askew fans alike, not to mention, the storyline’s written so that the newcomer can quickly get acquainted with the characters and follow along as well. As for the story, remember: The objective of this series is to get our heroes from Chasing Amy into Dogma. Issue one gets the ball rolling with flying colors. Look for a more detailed review after we can speak freely.
