The indie film “Clerks” launched his writing/directing career a few years ago, followed shortly by “Mallrats” and the critically acclaimed “Chasing Amy.” Smith is currently hard at work on his fourth film “Dogma.” But, of course, writing Daredevil comes first … after all, it’s a dream come true.
