• Okey dokey, time to get our heads back above the water here. There’s a few news items worth mentioning today, most of which actually stem from Kev’s post regarding the possibility of Mallrats 2. Apparently that was one of those posts that just managed to make the rounds on the web (it happens sometimes) so you’ll hear a lot of speculation and different stories floating around. All we can say is just to take Kev’s post for what it is, just a thought, nothing more, so don’t go making any plans or getting hopes up (or down, depending on your opinion). As it stands now, Clerks TCS is next on the slate. When that’s done, we ASSUME Clerks 2 will still be the next project to come out of Red Bank, unless Dimension gets really sweet on the ‘Rats 2 idea. At any rate, we’re sure that in the next few months, once TCS debuts, Kevin will have more to say on that.

On the DVD front, it looks like this Spring we’ll have a complete VA collection now. With Dogma showing up in May and Amy even before that in April, plus the VA production “A Better Place” also in April, things are looking up. We are hearing rumblings of an announcement relating to the Dogma DVD as well, but we’ll wait for final word from Kevin on that one. Stay tuned.

Oh, and no offense, but the next person that writes us asking if they can buy or see Drawing Flies or Vulgar? We’re summoning the Golgathon on your ass. READ THE SUMMARIES!!! PLEASE!!! ALL OF YOU!!!! And for the record, since one of you is reading that and going, “Hey, maybe I SHOULD ask!”…Neither flick has any sort of release scheduled, and you can’t get them on tape…ANYWHERE. Sorry to shout, but hey, our e-mail box is busy enough here let alone getting that question about 4 times a day. Thanks.
