• Just a quick story here gathered from the postings over at the View Askew WWWBoard. Seems that the proposed Vulgarthon 2000 date will be Monday, October 30th, 2000. This has not yet been officially announced, so please bear that in mind. The all-day film festival will likely premiere the View Askew Productions “Big Helium Dog” & “Vulgar”, along with encore showings of “Mallrats”, “A Better Place”, and the Cannes print of “Dogma”. Keep watching our site for an announcement on how and when to get tickets (though they’re lot likely to go on sale until August or September). Stay tuned.

• The incomprable Jason Mewes is scheduled for an appearance on the Internet TV show “Hotbox”, part of the Pseudotainment.com network. It’s a fully interactive show so chatters can ask questions or comment, and Jason will answer them OUT LOUD on the show. • Fametracker (The self-dubbed “Farmers Almanac of Celebrity Worth”) lists Kevin in their “Galaxy Of Fame” this week.
• Jason Lee‘s still untitled Cameron Crowe picture has been given an “R” rating by the Motion Picture Association of America.
