Well, it’s the last weekend before Christmas, and yes, there’s still shopping to be done. Ugh. But, instead of braving the malls (you KNOW this weekend will probably be even worse than after Thansgiving), we decided to check in with a News Askew update. Call it an excuse to avoid the madness for at least a few more hours. We finally had something to update Dogma: Rumor Control about, but it’s mainly just stuff you’ve read on this page as well (about the screening and stuff). In closing on that, by the way, sure, the film DOES run long and yes, there’s quite a bit of dialogue, but we all know that’s why Kev’s flicks are so great. We can certainly see why Kevin’s going to trim it down for mass consumption, but, when it’s done, there’s going to be a really tight flick with moments of great intelligent dialogue followed by completely wacky and humorous action sequences. It’s unlike anything we’ve seen before. Don’t worry, you will NOT be disappointed by this film! Okay, on with the news:
