- Weekend update time. Got a couple good ones for ya today, especially our stop story, which really caught us by surprise. Also, be sure and vote on the new poll topic, it’s a bit early since we neglected to change it last week. Sorry about that. Other than that, there’s not much to say. Caught “Magnolia†last night – It certainly could benefit from some time trimming, but there’s some wonderful performances in the film, including Tom Cruise and especially Julianne Moore. Worth a watch, but count on some serious seat fidgeting during the 3+ hours you’ll be sitting there.
