The first “Arrow” issue debuted in February and has since sold out through two printings…. Marvel editor-in-chief Joe Quesada said more screenwriters are calling up to fill in speech balloons. “They bring a fresh new perspective,” said Quesada, who illustrated Smith’s “Daredevil” stories. “They have their own fan base that they’re bringing which is a definite sales incentive, but a big-name player from a bigger genre also brings a curiosity factor.”
