- Magazines like Video Business and Billboard are running a nice pullout ad for Jay & Silent Bob Strike Back’s video release, complete with a JSBSB Door Hanger (like those “do not disturb†things they have at hotels). Kevin as Silent Bob on one side with a SSSSHHHHH! and Jay on the other with his fist Empire logo thing going. They’re pretty cool, and apparently will be distributed en masse across college campuses nationwide very soon. Look for them. Given the fact they’re being marketed towards colleges, though, it’s a shame they didn’t put some funnier dialogue on them, making Jay’s the loud side and Bob’s the quiet side. Still, a cool item to look for. Screener copies and posters for the film are now hitting video stores as well, so everything is on the track for both the VHS and DVD release on February 26, 2002. We’re still looking for a preview copy of the DVD to review for the website, so if anyone out there in the biz can provide one, please let us know!
