Enjoyed the holiday with the family. Very quiet, very nice.
I’ll be spending the next two weeks getting ready for Vulgarthon, and then January 15th or 16th, I’m back out to L.A. to intro the next “Roadside Attractions” piece on the “Tonight Show” (for the curious, the short film we shot should be on some time in February, if all goes well).
Then, on Jan. 17th, there’s the Heroes Auction for Marvel in NYC. If you’re into comic book art, and you want to support a good cause, sign up for the $250.00 a plate dinner. Details should still be at NewsAskew (the flyer was posted earlier in the month). We may be showing the short film there first, before it’s aired on TV.
But before all of that, there’s New Year’s Eve. And friends, I think I can safely say I’ve finally made it in this business. Because I’ve been invited somewhere for New Year’s Eve that in my wildest dreams, I never thought I’d be invited to…
