- Kevin’s recent tweets report that shooting for AMC’s pilot based out of the Red Bank Stash has been going “insanely well”. We weren’t aware that the cameras were already rolling, so this is big news. Here’s hoping for more good news as it all comes together, and for a quick pick-up for air from AMC. Stay tuned.
- UK Fans: While you’re waiting for “Red State” in the fall, here’s some scoop on a July event that’s right up your alley (literally, at the Prince Charles Cinema in London):

So come on down, get yourself a seat and get ready to scream ’37!’ at the screen at just the right in what is sure to be another great PCC film event night!
If you’re a fan in the UK, we can’t see why you would not want to be there that day. Get your tickets via the links above, as we’re betting on a sell-out.
- If he can put it together, Kevin’s eying an August 2nd date for an L.A. Kings-sponsored street hockey tournament somewhere near Citywalk. We’ll have deets here as things materialize.
- KTP Film’s twitter feed today confirms what we’ve been saying for years – Brian O’Halloran is one of the nicest guys in the biz, and delighted fans once again at his weekend appearance at Wizard World in Philly.
- Thanks to the fans, “Clerks” has become the #1 watched film on the free streaming Hulu site, just weeks after first being announced on the service. Almost 20 years later and it’s still the little flick that could – and can!
- And finally today, while a lot of their shops aren’t looking this way, scooper Chuck sends us this snapshot that assures us otherwise regarding his local Blockbuster franchise. See ya next time!
