- Yep, it’s another chance to see Jay & Bob early – This time, at the big Austin, Texas premiere and party. You can win some tickets on local radio or buy the tickets (they’re benefit tix) online at www.startickets.com or through any Star Ticket outlet. This one’s happening on Monday, August 13th, 2 days before the Hollywood premiere.
- How about another one? Sure…This one’s in Chesapeake, Virginia. That’s all we know so far, but those of you that live there can probably bug your local theaters and find out where and when.
- And Florida: Park Avenue CDs in Winter Park have some passes for an August 14th screening:
Here’s another friendly reminder about the OURS acoustic instore here at Park Ave Cds at 3pm on Friday, August 10th. As an added enticement, we’ll start giving out Jay And Silent Bob Strikes Back free movie passes for a Tuesday, August 14th preview at Waterford Lakes 20.
- Looks like J&SBSB ain’t the only flick opening up late this month that’s taking flack. Bubble Boy, which happens to be J&SBSB’s competition that weekend (but just doesn’t look that funny) is also under fire. Check out the story HERE.
- Here’s more on the Smith/Burton stuff from Mr. Showbiz. Like the GLAAD stuff, a lot of this is turning into retreads, so this is likely the last you’ll hear of it from us unless something big does down.
- The J&SBSB soundtrack will not be released in Canada until Tuesday the 14th. The flick still sees release there on the 22nd, though.
- A fan has cut together all the J&SBSB trailers and put them to music…The file takes a while to download and doesn’t stream, but if you’d like to take a look at his work, check that out HERE.
