- By now you’ve probably all heard of the American Pie 2 vs. Jay & Silent Bob Strike Back thing at the box office this August, with both of them currently projecting August 10th as a release date. Well, we’re not sure what to make of it, but one site has thrown up a comparison of sorts, with you can check out HERE. Our opinion is that there’s no way both of these films will opt to go head-to-head with a release date this summer, and with J&SBSB already almost finished, and Pie just getting underway, you can probably expect Pie to opt for a late summer or early Fall bow. Whatcha think?
