Normally I check on the WWWBoard and pages for news and updates during the day from work, but apparently my company has decided that View Askew’s page is too full of profanity and other horrible things, therefore, http://www.viewaskew.com has now been marked as a blocked site! So if you’re wondering why updates are coming a little slower, that’s my excuse. Maybe if I visit the Microsoft page enough they’ll block that one, too.

• Let’s start by saying thanks to all of you who’ve submitted logo graphics to us so far. The turnout’s been great and the quality is high. We’ve decided on a closing day for the contest. That day will be FRIDAY, AUGUST 8th. The new logo will appear on that page either that evening or the following day. The winner of the contest will get a nice juicy credit etched in stone (or the HTML equivalent of that) under the graphic on the page. Hey, if we were rich we’d offer cash or something, but life’s tough, what can we say?
