- I picked up a detailed flyer for the Pittsburgh ComicCon at the comic shop this week, and let me tell ya , I’m impressed! There’s some great guests coming, and they’ve got a spectacular movie & anime line-up for the weekend as well. The con even takes places in Monroeville, so we can stop by the Monoreville Mall again and see all the spots where they filed “Dawn of the Dead”. Even cooler, Kevin’s the headlining guest. Here’s the first paragraphs of the flyer:
This year marks the 5th anniversary of the Pittsburgh Comicon and we are celebrating in style with some of the biggest stars of comics, science fiction, movies, and television. We are thrilled to announce the first Pittsburgh Comicon appearance of Kevin Smith, writer, director, and star of Clerks, Mallrats, and Chasing Amy. We’re glad Kevin could stop by while filming here in Pittsburgh.
