  • Hey folks, we’re back after a day off to continue the post-Xmas cleanup…Chris has been feverishly working with the new Jay & Silent Bob website which should be ready to go live on New Years’ Day, and I braved the cold and crowds for a trip to New York City yesterday (imagine a 2 and a half hour line just to buy TICKETS to go up into the Empire State Building). Yikes. Anyway, with a TON of snow about to be dumped up here in the Northeast as well as a long weekend approaching for the New Year to arrive, it should be a few relaxing days around these parts before the world returns to normal as folks go back to work in 2001.

Thanks again for all the logo entires. We’re nearing the deadline but you’ve still got 2 days if you’re waiting until the last minute. We’ve got a few favorites right now, and think we’ve already got our winner in front of us, but also have a few surprises as we’d like to use a couple of the logos in different areas of the site (though you may hafta just take a big fat thank you as the prize closet is pretty much empty around here). Chris is prepping the logo entries page right now, so ALL of you who sent something in can have your entry shared with the world. It’ll be a lot of fun to look at them all. We hope to have everything ready for ya on the 1st, so be sure and stop in.

By the way, I could STILL use another PC if anyone has an old 486/66 or Pentium that they just don’t need anymore…Please drop me a line if you’ve got one gathering dust in the closet.

Even though we took the day off yesterday, there’s only a few tidbits to talk about, including of course that Doherty arrest and the back cover to the Dogma SE DVD which Vincent recently confirmed WAS legit. We’ll get through this stuff today and check in with ya once more before the new year hits. If your name isn’t listed in the scoops, we sometimes write the updates during the day but don’t get them posted until evenings. If we get your scoop sometime during the day, after the update is already written, it’s too late to get your name in there. We always appreciate them, though, so don’t think we’re not noticing and reading each and every mail. Alrighty, heeeeeere we go:
