• Well by now we assume most of you have seen Askewoogle, our 2005 April Fools page for the year. It was actually made to mark the day, but also as a test run and an announcement of our upcoming search engine. It’ll allow you to search ALL the archived news at News Askew, on a story by story basis. Kinda neat.

We had some server issues due to so many searches happening at once today (naturally) but will be testing with the engine again soon, to see if the site runs okay with only occasional searches going on. We have a backup plan, a less feature-rich search (the one you saw if you came on after 12 PM EST on Friday), which will serve as backup. BUT, the big news is, Search WILL be back at News Askew, and better than ever.
