  • Going to the San Diego Comic-Con this week? You lucky bum! We’ve got the list of panels on which Kevin will be appearing, and they certainly sound like fun:
Thursday 2:30 p.m. – The Birth of Jay & Silent Bob. Bob Chapman, President of Graphitti Designs/Big Blast discusses the evolution of the upcoming Jay & Silent Bob action figures. From inception to final carded figures, all steps of the process are shown and discussed with the people who made it happen. Concept artist Matt Wagner, sculptor Norm DeCarlo (tentative) and creative inspiration for the figures, Kevin Smith, will share the stage to discuss their part of the process. Room 7AB

Friday 12:30 p.m. – View Askew Panel. Red hot filmmaker and fan favorite comics scribe Kevin Smith will host an informal Q&A session for his fans. Listen in while he spills the beans on his films, the infamous Jersey Trilogy, his comics, the Clerks one shot, the Jay and Silent Bob mini-series, even his famed comic book store “Jay and Silent Bob’s Secret Stash,” and his new film Dogma. All the questions you’ve been burning to ask will be answered by the man himself. See scenes cut from your favorite Kevin Smith films while he explains why they had to go. Find out all the details of his relationship with comic publisher Oni Press. Meet various others that inhabit the strange, yet beautiful View Askewniverse. Everything you could possibly want to know about View Askew and probably a whole lot of things you didn’t will be revealed here. Show up and be respected by your peers, miss it and be that dirty chump that people avoid. Room 6AB

Saturday 3:30 p.m. – Marvel Knights Go behind the scenes of the new launches of Daredevil, Black Panther, The Inhumans, and Punisher–and find out what’s coming next from Marvel Knights. Featuring Kevin Smith, Joe Quesada, Jimmy Palmiotti, Christopher Golden, and Tom Sniegoski. Room 2
