• Well, this April 20th marks the 2nd anniversary of the wide release of Chasing Amy here in the U.S. – The film actually made a very small debut on April the 4th, but didn’t get its national recognition until later in the month. To celebrate this occasion, Zeebadaboodee (whom you may remember put together the excellent News Askew Year-end Wrapup back in December) has been working feverishly to compile a ton of way cool info for a News Askew feature that will commemorate the occasion. That’s where YOU come in.

Zee’s looking for anyone who’s seen Amy, whether it be during it’s initial run, at home on video, or even at Vulgarthon, to write in with your thoughts on the film…The catch is, it’s gotta be about your “first time”. He’s looking to capture your thoughts and opinions on the flick as you walked in and out of the theater, stuff it made you think about, etc, etc…Use your imagination. Now, we can’t guarantee that your story will be used on the wrap-up, since we just have NO idea how many we’ll get, but hey, it’s worth a shot!
