  • A couple Dogma fans hit the town as Jay and Silent Bob for the flick’s opening night and filmed a little documentary entitled “Operation: Silent Obsession.” They’ve posted some of the stills from this magical little journey on a webpage, but you gotta register to see it, since it’s on one of those One-List server pages. It’s free though. Head to http://www.onelist.com/subscribe/SnootchieBootchies and click the Dogma folder to check it out.
  • Dogma made it to CNN last night, during an interview with Patrick Scully of the Catholic League and a San Jose film critic. Naturally, Scully ripped apart the film (he apparently did see it) especially the opening disclaimer, criticized Kevin as a filmmaker and took a lot out scenes out of context to make them sound more controversial than they are. The film critic pointed it out and was indifferent toward the film, found merit in its humor, but didn’t jump too much to the flick’s defense, either. The flick even got mention on Friday’s edition of The 700 Club, again, with the hosts urging the audience not to see the evil, evil film.
  • That NPR review of Dogma is now online, in RealAudio format. Check it out HERE.
  • Speaking of RealAudio, Moviefone has their section called “First Feeback” online now, with fan reactions to Dogma for your listening pleasure. Looks like opinions are either highly positive or very negative, just split down the line. The film definitely evokes feelings in people, that’s for sure! Listen in.
